Event Creation

Event organizers are responsible for:

• Managing event logistics and safety
• Communicating changes to registered participants

Cancellations and Refunds

Event cancellation policies are determined by event organizers. Fomo is not responsible for refunds or cancellations. Please contact the event organizer directly for such matters.

Payments and Fees

Currently, Fomo is free to use for all users. However, we reserve the right to introduce fees for certain features or premium services in the future. Any such changes will be communicated in advance.

For events that involve payments, organizers are responsible for handling transactions and complying with payment processing regulations.

Disclaimers and Limitations

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee:

• Continuous, uninterrupted access to our platform
• Error-free operation
• Accuracy of all event information

User Interactions

Fomo facilitates connections between users but is not responsible for interactions between event organizers and participants. Users are responsible for their own safety and conduct.

Liability Limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fomo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our platform.

Our total liability for any claims related to your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fomo, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the platform.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
